Parma, capital of the Italian "Food Valley" and seat of the European Food Safety Authority, will
host the 13th edition of Cibus from Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th May. Cibus is the leading international food fair as far as top-quality products are concerned, and its proposals range from ready-made meals for domestic consumption, to products addressed to professional caterers. Cibus 2006 will be held concurrently with Dolce Italia 2006, the most important Italian confectionary exhibition.
