
The form is the same as the fusilli in our linea classica: an irregular elipse with a subtle soul. Farro gives them a freewheeling spirit. If you like a julienne of fresh vegetables, cook them lightly in a pan and then sauté them for a few seconds with the fusilli cooked al dente.
