Carlo created these quadrangular spaghettini for our seafood sauces. (By ‘our’ I mean those of our native Marche). He designed the bronze dies in 1992.
Spaghettini chitarra? Who ever would have thought up anything so unlikely?
Despite their square shapes, they’re actually quite elegant.
Cooking times are the same as for spaghettini.
