That’s why every year in our experimental fields we plant and harvest more than 50 varieties of grain, seeking excellence in each type.
Since 1990 we’ve tested and selected more than 600 types of durum wheat, finally creating our unique single varieties of pasta: Senatore Cappelli and Taganrog.
Now, with the addition of Farro, we’ve opened new frontiers of taste.
