The Senatore Cappelli line began with spaghetti and spaghettini.
Then we successfully added spaghetti chitarra.
Pennette, which came immediately after, were almost taken for granted because chefs were waiting for rigatoni. It’s difficult to dry rigatoni made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semola.
But I believe the result is a pasta of consistent class, full of flavor and capable of holding its own in recipes that call for even the most ‘violent’ of culinary interpretations.
You simply can’t cover the flavor and aroma of Senatore Cappelli, not even with the richest and most complex sauce you could think up.
