It’s great to feel the enthusiasm of our dear friends among chefs.

Claudio Sadler of Milan was one of the earliest fans of our Taganrog line!!! He fell in love with the spaghetti on his first try, calling it ‘buttery and mellow’ and nearly sending Carlo into ecstasy, since he’d been cultivating Taganrog for five years before he had a chance to taste it.
 
But Claudio wanted something more, and after hearing that praise Carlo was certain he could give it to him. That’s how maccheroni Taganrog was born.
